Carmen Pérez González

Law degree from the University of Malaga
Graduated in Tourism business from the Official School of Tourism of Malaga
Carmen’s first appointments in 1991 were with the Administration of Communities (Condominium) in PUEBLO MIJITAS at the Urb. MIJAS GOLF, where she gained experience in this field, particularly in dealing with non-resident Owners.
Following her graduation in Law, Carmen worked as a Lawyer with several different Law Firms in Marbella. Having a special interest in Real Estate, she offered advice and solution to non-residents including Conveyancing, Tax advice, Will and Inheritances.
In 1999, Carmen joined the prestigious residential Complex LA CALA GOLF RESORT in the position of both Legal and Property Administration Manager. Holding these positions for 14 years allowed Carmen to extend her capabilities and expertise in all aspects of urban and administrative building of Complex, property conveyancing and handing over of properties to Owners mainly non residents.
Her work at La Cala Resort included the detailed setting up and management of ‘Communities of Owners’ until 2013, Secretary of the Junta de Compensación La Cala Golf and La Cala Golf Club, dealing with Registry of Shareholders and trades of shares and membership).
After 14 years working as an Administrator of Communities (Association of Owners) and In-House Lawyer giving advice to all companies of the group La Cala Resort as well as individual foreign owners within this Complex, Carmen chose to continue her career as an independent Lawyer in La Cala de Mijas.

Juan Manuel Mora González
Barrister at Law – Civil law – Criminal law – Damage and 3rd Party Responsibility Law
Graduated in Law from the University of Granada.
From the start in 1999, Juan Manuel after obtaining his Law Degree, he showed a special preference for Civil and Criminal Procedural Law, gaining expertise in these areas through several post-graduate courses.
During his 20 years experience as a barrister in law, Juan Manuel has been successfully intervening in numerous litigations in these fields at both local and national level.
Juan Manuel is based at his Law Firm in Fuengirola, but is available for and will be in charge of any procedural cases of our Clients.
